Welcome to Rendrly (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms apply when you purchase concept visualisation services from us through our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Rendrly creates concept-stage design visuals based on the reference materials you provide.
These visuals are intended for early ideas, design development and personal planning purposes only.
They must not be used as technical drawings, construction information, or relied upon for legal or regulatory submissions.

2. Use of AI

Our visuals are created using a combination of AI-assisted image generation and human design review to ensure quality.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• You have the right to use any images or materials you upload

• You will provide accurate and complete information

• You understand results may vary depending on your reference quality and clarity of briefing

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
If more information is required to proceed, this timeframe may be extended.

5. Revisions

Each pack includes:

• Concept Pack: 1 minor revision

• Visual Pack: 2 minor revisions

• Signature Pack: 3 minor revisions

Further revisions may incur additional costs.

6. Refunds

Due to the bespoke digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has begun.

If no work has started, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

If you are unhappy with the output, we will reasonably attempt adjustments within the included revision limits.

7. Intellectual Property

Customer Ownership

You retain rights to your own reference images and existing property designs.

Our Ownership

We retain rights to the AI-generated outputs, including copyright where applicable.

We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the visuals for personal and planning purposes.

Permission for Portfolio Use

By placing an order, you grant Rendrly the right to use:

• Before images

• After visuals

• Project descriptions

…for marketing, case studies, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Claim the visuals are technical or certified drawings

• Use visuals for public advertising or resale without permission

• Misrepresent the visuals as built reality or compliance documents

9. Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

• We are not responsible for consequential or construction-related losses

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
